We are currently looking for a System engineer to support one of our projects in Milano/Bologna/Roma.

Role Overview:

• Monitor and manage all issues related to non-conformities with specified requirements, analyzing data and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve deviations in the production and/or quality processes, working closely with the team to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Prepare detailed reports related to investigations and quality control activities, clearly and accurately documenting findings and actions taken.
• Conduct technical and scientific investigations into process issues, identifying root causes and proposing targeted solutions to optimize operations and prevent recurrence.

Level of education and languages:

• Master’s degree or professional degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or similar).
• Professional English

Requirements:

• Experience in railway systems, signaling, or infrastructure.
• Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., EN 50126/8/9, CENELEC).
• Experience with requirements management and technical specifications.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
