We are currently looking for a Capex Procurement Specialist to support one of our projects in Monza.
- Capex procurement specialist is the expert in negotiation of Indirect Material, Purchased Parts, Services, Equipment.
- Capex Procurement specialist emphasizes speed and agility with a reactive and transaction-focused approach focused on meeting immediate needs [Tactical Sourcing]
- Capex Procurement specialist focuses on thorough analysis and long-term planning, with a proactive and comprehensive strategy that considers an organization’s current and future needs [Strategic Sourcing]
- Capex Procurement specialist plays an important role in contract negotiation and fulfillment focusing on:
1. Increased efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes
2. Reduced time spent on paperwork and management of procurements
3. Improved communication and collaboration with suppliers and buyers
Responsibilities:
• Selection of suppliers
• Provide vendor and Subcontract sourcing and pricing for Requests for Quotes (RFQ's)
• Analyze and evaluate vendor offers, proposals, contracts of Indirect Material and Purchased Parts
• Carrying out of contract negotiations
• Performance of cost-price analysis
• Develop and implement cost savings projects and financial forecasting - KPI
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical world (is a plus)
• Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts
• Create and manage all Pos
About you:
- Degree in disciplines such as economics, engineering, business administration, or supply chain management.
- 3 + of experience in Purchasing processes and negotiation in Capex context
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
- Strong database and computer skills
- Expert in IT tools and system (Ariba, SAP, ERP, MRP, MS Office)
- Exemplary written and verbal communication
- Strong diplomatic and collaboration skills
- Good Leadership and teamwork
- Demonstrates strong self-efficacy and ability to take initiative in problem solving
- Keeps an entrepreneurial mindset, deep curiosity and a passion for learning & growth
- Experience in process improvement
- Good English knowledge
