Plant Integration Lead (M/F)

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITES
Within the project team, you are able to take the lead on all or part of the following responsibilities :
- Ensure the resolution of various cross-functional technical issues including OP (Open Point), UKDC (UK Design Control) and IDT (Interface Definition Team) by coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders between building/system/contract.
- Act as ambassador for ITBE (Integrated Technical and Business Environment) to drive design maturity and stability to challenge technical impacts of open points and design changes.
- Facilitates the day-to-day implementation of the UKDC process for ITBE, especially when it comes to the challenge of UKDC and assurance of maturity of impact analyses

YOUR ASSETS TO SUCCESS
You possess knowledge of tools/languages in the following areas:
- Experience in senior engineering / leadership / project management
- Good understanding of requirements and expectations of UK laws, regulations, nuclear industry operating experience and best practices
- Ability to set objectives, drive performance of teams and report progress to senior stakeholders
You also demonstrate the following soft skills:
- Excellent communication, organisational and people engagement skills
- Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Naturally promotes positive, pro-active and collaborative behaviours, creating an environment where people want to work
YOUR PROFILE & PERSONALITY
You have graduated with a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and have a minimum of 9 years of experience in a similar role.
You have a strong passion for complex projects and problem-solving. Your curiosity and technical expertise are evident in both your professional and personal endeavours. You are open to questioning yourself and constantly seeking improvement.
You take initiative, execute projects, and fulfil commitments. You challenge your methods and ideas to surpass yourself and achieve a high level of excellence. Whether your drivers are technical, financial, or human, your value will be recognized based on your performance and/or that of your team.
