About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Cost Manager with over 10 years of experience in managing cost control for large-scale pharmaceutical projects.

Candidates open to Oil & Gas sectors are also welcome.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire cost control process of a major pharma project, ensuring cost efficiency and financial visibility throughout the lifecycle.

Location : Valais Canton

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate cost control activities on large CAPEX projects.
• Prepare and deliver regular cost reports and forecasts.
• Perform variance analyses and track capital expenditure.
• Handle contingency management and project change support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and transparency of cost data.
• Promote a strong cost-conscious culture across project teams.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cost control/project controls in the pharmaceutical sector (experience with EPCM model preferred).
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle Primavera Unifier, and Microsoft Office.
