We are looking for a Business Experience Manager to join our team!
Role Objective:
The Business Experience Manager acts as a bridge between the business and the development team, translating client needs into clear technical requirements and supporting the Product Owner (PO) in defining priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead meetings with clients, PO, and development teams to define and prioritize features.
- Support the PO in gathering and defining priorities, translating business needs into clear operational requirements.
- Facilitate refinement sessions to ensure each backlog item is detailed and ready for development (DoR).
- Collaborate with PMI stakeholders to maintain consistency between agile and traditional approaches.
- Draft updated documentation of meetings and decisions.
- Coordinate release notes, versioning, and product updates with the development team.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience and flexibility in working in both agile environments and PMI contexts to effectively interface with different stakeholders.
