Test Planner Specialist

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechatronics or Automation Engineering or similar and brings at least 3 years of experience in product quality or testing within the pharmaceutical or industrial machinery sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Testing Plan for each project in collaboration with Quality and Validation departments.
- Design and implement test protocols for the full product range, including R&D prototypes.
- Draft product test instructions and objectives (worksheets) for all testing and validation phases.
- Participate in cross-functional risk analysis meetings to adapt Testing Plans to functional and safety-critical issues.
- Collect test evidence, compile performance data, and provide input for product Technical Descriptions and user manuals.
- Provide feedback and improvement proposals to technical departments based on testing outcomes.
- Monitor and report on role-specific KPIs.
Tasks:
- Define and document Testing Plans aligned with project requirements and standards.
- Prepare and verify test protocols ensuring compliance with functional and safety specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and validation teams to ensure effective test coverage.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of test results.
Required Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product quality or testing within the pharmaceutical or machinery manufacturing sectors.
- Solid knowledge of testing procedures and applicable standards (GMP, GAMP 5, CFR 21 Part 11).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
