Product Owner (M/F)

Your Responsabilities
As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Product Owner (M/F) to do the.implementation of a digital platform tool for project, portfolio & knowledge
management
- Own, manage and prioritize the Project and Portfolio Management tools backlog, ensuring that the solution align with business needs, user requirements, and strategy priorities
- Gather and translate requirements from project managers, executives, and technical teams into clear user stories and to ensure the tools meet current and future
organizational needs - Evaluate, implement, and optimize PPM tools
- Support discovery by conducting research, user interviews, and analysis to ensure the right functionalities are built or integrated and pain points mitigated
- Ensure seamless integration of PPM tools with existing systems (ERP, BI solutions and collaboration tools,
- Be able to implement different types of workflows
- Monitor tool adoption and performance
- Plan change management and training users
Your Profile
- + 3 years of experience as a Product Owner
- Experience implementing Project & Portfolio Management tools: Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Clickup, Microsoft Project, or similar
software - Familiarity with portfolio management concepts: prioritisation frameworks,
capacity planning, risk visibility, andfinancial tracking - Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery models (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall)
- Experience in project management in managing medium to large projects
- Experience in financial project management execution is a plus
- English language proficiency (B2 or higher)
- Availability to travel within Portugal
- Preferably work on-site during the initial phase of the project, with flexibility to be
adjusted with the team
