We are looking for a Global Project Manager for a strategic and international project within a leading industrial company.

The successful candidate will manage and coordinate complex, cross-functional technical projects supporting the company’s technological and production development.

Location: Pavia, with availability for international travel across Europe and overseas.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead strategic projects of technological and production development: new plants, relocations, machinery, extensions of existing lines.
• Coordinate international teams and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.
• Manage the entire project life cycle, from start-up to post-project analysis, according to PMO methodologies.
• Promote process standardization and continuous improvement at a global level.
• Provide technical and methodological support to production teams.

Technical skills and requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing complex technical projects or industrial processes.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Smartsheet/Microsoft Project, Minitab, Power BI.
• Lean/6 Sigma Black Belt certification appreciated.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
